Certified quality management
Our quality management system is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015. This certification covers the development and manufacture of plastic injection molded parts, tool development, and tool construction.

Modern measurement technology for maximum precision
In order to meet the increasing demands placed on complex component geometries, we continuously invest in our measurement technology. We use a video measuring machine to perform visual measurements and a coordinate measuring machine to perform tactile measurements. Series-related testing is largely carried out using a digital measuring projector.
This enables comprehensive testing of initial samples and series components directly in-house. The integrated software documents all measurement results completely, allowing us to operate independently of external testing laboratories.
SPC explains:
Unlike traditional final product testing, statistical process control (SPC) enables proactive control of the production process.
Instead of detecting potential errors at the end of production, SPC allows early intervention in the event of emerging trends or critical deviations. This enables the machine operator to take corrective action in good time, the tool can be maintained, or the material used can be checked.
